Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they are part of your agreement with F.O.S in the event that you proceed with a purchase from our Online Store. The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein and by proceeding with a purchase via this site, you shall be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
1) All purchased items delivery timeline is around 10 working days SUBJECT to custom clearance, logistics handling and also unforeseen circumstances.
2) All sales are final. No refund is allowed after payment is made.
3) All items are available solely on a first come first serve basis. Full payment must be made upon check out.
4) Buyer should allow within 1 inch discrepancies on the measurement stated due to the uniqueness of each garment during production.
5) Products’ colours may differ and might appear brighter / darker in reality mainly due to colour calibration of individual's monitor screen.
6) Exchange of defected goods can only be done if buyer reports the issue to F.O.S within 24 hours upon receipt of the items. Any reports made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
7) All exchange goods MUST be delivered back to F.O.S within 7 working days after the exchange is reported. Failing to do so, F.O.S holds the right to not proceed with the exchange.
8) RM10 handling and processing fee will be charged for each item exchange.
9) Item exchanges can be done only for the SAME item, and not with other designs, unless the existing design is out of stock and/or has reached the end of production.
10) Item exchanges can only be made under the following circumstances:-
i) The wrong size was delivered to you accidentally.
ii) The size that you ordered does not fit.
iii) Postage fees/shipping/delivery charges will be borne by the buyer for any exchanges done. F.O.S will only bear postage/shipping/delivery for defected goods and/or wrong items delivered.
iv) All returned goods for exchange will be inspected by F.O.S. F.O.S reserves the right NOT to make any exchanges IF the returned goods are DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY, WASHED, ALTERED, REMOVED FROM ORIGINAL PACKAGING, OR WORN. Exchanges can only be done if the item(s) are in its original condition that is NOT SOILED NOR STAINED, FREE OF PERFUME SMELL, NON-ALTERED, PRICE TAG/ORIGINAL PACKAGING INTACT.
v) Any stain that is less than 0.3CM in diameter size will not be entitled for exchange.
vi) The exchange item requested will be done AFTER the goods are received safely by F.O.S and inspected by F.O.S
11) All reasonable efforts to deliver the purchase to customers will be made by F.O.S.
However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive and sign for the delivery. F.O.S shall not be responsible for deliveries being received by unauthorised persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
12) Any damage or loss of goods during shipping or delivery to the delivery address of the customer will not be the responsibility of F.O.S and there will be no replacements.
13) Kindly allow 14 working days to process item exchanges. An email will be sent to you once your exchanged item is being delivered to you.
